Breakfast: Same as Monday.
Morning snack: Cup of hot green tea with three tsp. sugar
Lunch: At a restaurant--Taquitos Mexicano with refried beans, pico de gillo, guac, sour cream and lettuce, Mexican rice, chips and salsa. Sweet tea.
Afternoon snack: Leftover sweet tea.
Supper: Stuffed mushrooms. White button mushroom caps stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, shredded cheddar and diced mushroom stems. Water.
After supper snack: One fun sized nestle bar. One chocolate peanut cluster. Six crackers with ranch dip.
So yes, I went out for lunch with a friend. I had resolved that I wouldn't since I ate at Panda yesterday. But...Well, she really laid a guilt trip on me and I caved. Again. Last time this week, swearsies.
