Breakfast: Whole wheat English muffin, 1.5 Tbsp light margarine, 1 egg scrambled with a quarter of a jalapeno and sprinkled with a quarter ounce cheddar cheese. Water.
Second breakfast (eaten an hour later) 2 Cuties. (small citrus fruit)
Morning break: 10 oz cup of Hills Bros. instant cappuccino.
Lunch: Ham sandwich on whole wheat bread thins, 1 Tbsp. mayo. Small Jazz apple. Water.
Update: I caved like a cheap air mattress and went to Panda with my friends. I'm better than this, I know I am but dag-gum it was stinkin' delicious. I didn't even bother making smart choices and went straight for the three entrée plate instead of the one entrée bowl. *le sigh* Heart palpitations on the way back to work because a stupid decision deserves a scary response. Yay me! Or not.
Supper: Mostly meatless chili, dollop of sour cream, six to eight whole wheat crackers. Water.
After supper snack: TBD

I'm feeling pretty good about today. Lunch at Panda was mentioned but I acted like I didn't even notice. I'm DYING to go so bad I can taste it but I'm going to hang in there by my fingernails if I have to. Tomorrow...not sure how "good I will be." Friends are suggesting a lunch out to the Mexican place as a sort of "Welcome Back To Work" lunch and I really don't want to say no, moreso for the social aspect than the food. I enjoy Mexican but it doesn't really tempt me.
Anyway, friend just IM'd me putting the pressure on...SO TEMPTED. So not fair. Update: See the Update beneath the Lunch entry. *facepalm*
