Thursday

Breakfast: A toasted whole wheat English muffin with two eggs over easy. Water.

Morning Break: Nothing. Not even WATER. (I had a meeting that cut out my break.)

Lunch: Ham sandwich on whole wheat bread thin with 1 Tbsp mayo. Small Jazz Apple. Water.

Supper: Progresso Soup or Shrimp past dish. (Will update later with decision.) Water.

Update: Cheese and crackers. Too tired to cook.

After supper snack: 1 Nestle fun sized bar; Coffee with 1 Tbsp. half and half and 1 Tbsp sugar. (Will update later.) Update: I had TWO fun sized Nestle bars. Sue me. I did also  have my coffee. Then I laid on the couch and watched the episode of American Horror Story that I'd recorded and dozed after it went off. Was super worn out and headachy last night.

So I finally managed to stay out of any eateries today. I desperately want a Starbucks. I need to steer clear but I want! And I'm heading that direction to go to the Post Office later anyway. So I haven't decided. I probably won't. My pants were so tight when I put them on this morning and I remember when they nearly fell off my hips. So. Depressing.

Update:  DID NOT got to Starbucks yesterday. Mostly because I also did not make it to the P.O. I really needed the trip to the P.O. even if I didn't need the Starbucks. :-/
