Friday

Breakfast: Toasted whole wheat English muffin with a Tbsp. peanut butter and a Tbsp. mocha hazelnut spread. Water.

Was tired of eggs. Peanut butter for protein and mocha hazelnut spread to tolerate the peanut butter.

Morning break: Nothing. I'll be in meetings all morning.

Lunch: Ham sandwich on whole wheat sandwich thins, 1 Tbsp. mayo. Small Jazz apple. Water.

Afternoon snack: Probably nothing. Another meeting. Might go for coffee after meeting, though.

Supper: Totinos frozen pizza. Water. Or maybe a 7oz. Coke.

I stck to that. Yay me!

After supper snack: Fun sized Nestle bar. Coffee with 1 Tbsp half and half and 1 Tbsp. sugar.
 
I stuck to this, too! I was on a roll. Ha
