Oct. 2 was Sis2's birthday and we really didn't do a whole lot of anything other than talk and eat. One day out of five ain't bad.
I don't document/count weekends. I do the best I can but it's a lot harder to track steps and GET steps on weekends. My space is smaller, I don't always have my phone on my body and even when I am up and doing something busy, it doesn't always require a lot of walking.
And even though you can't tell a HUGE difference yet, thought I'd toss in a little before and after for ya. Again, excuse the bathroom pic in the after shot. It would probably be more telling if I was wearing the clothes from the first pic. But I've been told you can really tell from my face more than anything.
