Monday

Breakfast: two eggs scrambled with kale, onions, and a half a jalapeño and a sprinkle of parm. Water.

Morning break: nothing. Had meeting. 

Lunch: half a roast beef sandwich on a slice of rye bread with mayo, apple. Water. 

Afternoon break: grande white mocha from Starbucks. 

Supper: half a can of light corn chowder, a slice of rye bread, serving of Pringles, water.

After supper snack: a nestle fun sized bar. Coffee. 

I did walk about a quarter mile yesterday too, if that counts for anything.
