Ugh. Haven't checked in in a LONG time. My bad.
I've been doing rather well this week, though. Saturday was my "worst" day because we went to Tupelo and ate at IHOP for breakfast/brunch. I ate a stack of white chocolate raspberry pancakes with the sausage/bacon platter. I don't feel guilty about it AT ALL. It was awesome and I enjoyed every bite. Plus, we walked off everything we ate. Then ate a late lunch at Chick-fil-A so that wasn't all that bad, either and we walked that off, as well.
Sunday up till now I've been "good." I stayed at home Sunday after church and ate a bowl of chili for lunch and a small salad for supper. I did eat a couple of the candy bar things I had bought at the flea market the previous weekend. But still not bad.
The rest of this weeks meals have been pretty standard. Salads, sandwiches, meatless pasta, Cheerios, bagel thins. Nothing crazy. Yesterday was as bad as I've gotten. I was starving when I got off work so I walked over to the vending machine while waiting on Mama and got a bag of Fritos and a Coke. I ate the whole bag of Fritos but only a third of the Coke. Kudos to me.
I'm not sure what lunch will hold today. I may or may not be going out with my boss and a consultant. If not with them, a friend wants me to go to lunch with her. Either way, unless something weird happens, I will likely be eating out today. Just not sure when.
I haven't been walking this week because it's been super cold or super cold and wet all week. Haven't done any DVD walking this week because my bum knee has been giving me fits due to the weather and Saturday's overuse.
I walked so much Saturday that my knee did that whole buckle thing it does when I've been on it too long. Usually after it does that, it's not fit for much for a few days.
Anyway, I'm struggling but doing the best I can under the circumstances.
