I'm Alive

And getting back on track.

I admit I went completely off the rails last week. Depressing suicidal thoughts aside, I went rogue all over.

Biscuits and gravy for breakfast most mornings. Tons of turkey, dressing and desserts. Chips. Candy. No walking or hardly any exercise at all. I was a slug AND a glutton. Happy Thanksgiving! haha

This week I'm gripping the rails with my fingernails and praying I get back on track. So far, so good. I had Cheerios and fat free milk for breakfast. Coffee at break--I resisted a bagel to go with it. Sandwich and apple for lunch with water. Still sipping on the coffee from morning break. It's nasty weather outside today, so no walk. Blah. Tomorrow morning I plan on walking with the DVD, though. Maybe the rest of this week since it's supposed to be dismal all week.

I'm having some upper respiratory problems these days so I figure I'll just see where the week takes me. I may need to just take the week off from walking anyway. Like I said, though, we'll see.

Tonight's supper will either be mostly meatless chili or a salad. That's all I bought for suppers this week. Or if my tummy continues to revolt, I may not eat anything. Ugh.
