The Weekend

Ugh. Utter fail this weekend.

You know how I mentioned craving a burrito from Sonic and was tempted to get one for supper Friday night? Well, I did got to Sonic after work (after more grocery shopping, actually) and ended up getting a double bacon cheeseburger, tater tots, a large Coke and cheesecake bites.

Yes. I fail whaled so badly Friday. I did get a longer walk in Friday, as well, but still. Ugh. It was all delicious, though.

Saturday morning I got up early and baked cookies before heading to my sister's house for my nephew's birthday party. On the way to her house I went to Sonic again and got a jr. breakfast burrito, small tots and a coffee. *sigh* Then we had Pizza Hut for lunch. And then all that party food that afternoon.

Yeah.

*sigh*

But it was a special occasion weekend and I will eat healthier this week. I've got all my salad fixin's and some brussel's sprouts for super. Sandwich fixin's and apples for lunch. Cheerios for breakfast. I do still have a couple of leftover cookies but once they're gone, they're gone.

At some point this week I will probably be going to McD's with friends to celebrate the McRib being back. I don't really care for the McRib but a couple of my friends do and we're inviting another friend we haven't seen in a while who also loves the McRib. So there's a planned indulgence, right there.

I will continue walking this week, rain allowing. If it is raining, though, I'll do a little indoor walking with the DVD. I have to be careful with that so I don't bum my knee out again, but it's better than nothing.

Today started out right with my cheerios. I forgot to pack my bread for my lunch sandwich, though so I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that. I may need to go buy a bagel thin or something. I can't believe I forgot my bread. *sigh*

Anyway, that's me right now.
