Thanksgiving Miracle

I somehow managed to LOSE three pounds over the thanksgiving weekend. I was reasonable in my eating and stayed as active as I could. I did eat as small portion of dessert Thursday and a donut Friday but notice I said "A" donut. Not two. Not three. Just one. And I had a tall toasted white mocha at Starbucks and satisfied that craving. And I enjoyed it all. I only lamented once about anything I ate and that was my plate on Thanksgiving day and though I kept my portions small, everything but the ham was CARBS. lol Corn pudding. Dressing. Baked Beans. Hashbrown casserole. Sweet potato casserole. It was all so delicious, though, so I didn't feel too badly. I just didn't eat supper, other than a couple of sausage balls.

We went to the flea market Friday and ate at Wendy's where I got the 4 for $4 and gave half my nuggets to my niece but did eat all my fries and drank a mostly ice Coke.

Saturday I ate a sausage, egg, and cheese croissandwich from BK for breakfast, no lunch, and tuna salad with multigrain crackers for supper. Drank lots of water. I ate orange chicken for lunch Sunday (purely for convenience since I was waiting on Walmart to repair a tire and Panda was right there. Didn't eat supper that night, though.

Today I had avocado toast for breakfast, peanut butter sandwich with kettle chips for lunch and tonight is probably going to be turkey meatloaf and asparagus.

Everything in moderation. Drink lots of water. Get up out of your seat when you can. Pray. Laugh. Choose YOU instead of food!

And in all things, be thankful!
