Looking for the difference

So, yesterday I was wearing a pair of pants that were tight back in August and are now little on the loose side. So of course I hit up my favorite bathroom mirror for a little photo op. Then, because I still am not objective enough to really see a difference, I merged it with a similarly angled side shot that I took back in late July at about a ten pound weight-loss. I think I was around 250 in the first shot. I'd have to check my chart at home to be sure. (Yes! I've been keeping a chart!) As mentioned in my previous post, I'm down a good 31lbs now.

Warning...the photos below show a fat bare belly that is not carrying any children. Taco baby, maybe. haha

I can definitely see some changes in the upper part of my torso. I've still got the belly but it's more of tear drop shape than a bubble. and my booty doesn't stick out quite as far as it did. So, I mean, it's still not a HUGE difference but it's promising.

Mostly, looking at this gives me a good idea of maybe where I need to target my strength training. I am not really a fan of crunches but I've discovered some videos recently that have some different ab moves that also work the legs so I'll have to really with those to see if I can't shrink that tear drop a bit.

The July photo was taken a couple of weeks before I pulled out my 2006 wardrobe so the pants I'm wearing in the left picture were already a size too large. The pants I'm wearing in the pic on the right aren't falling off me, yet, but they're loose enough that the hem is just starting to touch the floor and I don't have to tug as far to get the waist to fasten. I've probably got a good five pounds more to go before they outgrow me, though.

Anyway, hope my pasty, fat tummy didn't freak you out too bad!
