So the weekends are always harder to regulate than the weekdays. My routine is completely different and the variables change drastically. I think I remember what all I ate, tho...Let's see...
Saturday:
I did get my Sonic breakfast of an Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito with tater tots and a large coffee. I can't quit Sonic. It's an addiction. I even intended on getting the jr. burrito and still failed. Just not quite ready to give it up yet, I guess.
With that in mind, I ate small salads for lunch and supper. To be honest, the burrito filled me up enough that I wasn't hungry till much later in the day and didn't eat lunch until close to 2 and supper closer 7. I did eat a snack sized Kit-Kat bar after lunch. After supper I got a hankering for cookies so I baked a little over a dozen chocolate chip cookies and only ate three. I say only because they are tiny cookies, for real.
My salads, by the way, consisted of Romaine Lettuce, shredded carrots, a tsp of low sodium bacon bits, a half an egg and 2 Tbsp of salad dressing. Buttermilk ranch at lunch and honey mustard for supper.
Sunday:
For breakfast I made sour cream pancakes (made with light sour cream) with canned strawberries, a sprinkle of chocolate chips and a drizzle of pure maple syrup. I ate three small pancakes and gave my pup, Libby, the fourth one. Oh, and I had coffee. (three teaspoons each, sugar and half and half.)
Lunch on Sundays is always a toss up. I eat lunch with my parents on Sundays and my mother usually cooks. Yesterday's menu consisted of pork roast, slaw, fried green tomatos and tater tots. I had a 7.5oz Coke with lunch and three cookies after. I took the cookies to the folks' house to share so that I wouldn't eat the entire dozen on my own. haha I think Daddy and I had four each. Mama left right after lunch so she didn't eat any and Daddy sent the last four home with me.
For supper I ate a plate of skillet potatoes and a cookie with water.
I'd say it's a toss up as to which day I did worse. The burrito vs. the 5 cookies and all that fried stuff at lunch.
Today is a brand new day, though. We shall see how I do...
